On the afternoon of November 20th, 2014, the delegation of Tianjin Open University headed by President Feng Xuefei visited International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) of United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Ms. Louise, Director of IIEP, warmly welcomed the delegation and made the introduction of IIEP. Both parties exchanged views on their common concerns and reached the consensus.
