On November 17th, 2014, the delegation of TOU headed by President Feng Xuefei visited UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) in Hamburg. Mr. Arne Carson (Middle), Director of UNESCO UIL, agreed and supported the idea of setting up the research center of UIL in Tianjin.
